2. How we use it
To run your account, process orders and payouts, verify sellers, prevent fraud, provide support, improve the product, and send transactional and (with consent) marketing email.
3. Sharing
We share data with trusted processors (hosting, payments, email, analytics) under contract, and with the other party to a transaction (buyer ↔ seller) as needed to fulfil the order. We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Afrotierre operates globally, so data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses to protect transfers.
5. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations.
