By creating an account, browsing, or transacting on Afrotierre you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Buying on Afrotierre

Orders are contracts between you and the maker. Afrotierre facilitates payment, messaging, and dispute resolution but is not a party to the underlying sale unless explicitly stated.

4. Selling on Afrotierre

Sellers must complete identity, address, payout, and shipment verification before listings go live. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of items you list and for fulfilling orders on time.

5. Fees and payouts

Afrotierre charges a commission on each completed sale and processes payouts through our verified payment partner. Fees are disclosed in the seller dashboard before you publish a listing.

6. Prohibited content

No counterfeit goods, illegal items, hateful or discriminatory content, or anything that infringes another person's rights. We may remove listings and suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Disputes and refunds

Buyers and sellers should first try to resolve issues through messaging. If that fails, contact support and we will mediate based on our buyer protection policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or harm the community. You may close your account at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
