End User License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with this End User License Agreement (EULA), Afrotierre grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Afrotierre software, websites, and mobile applications (the "Software") for their intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Software, except to the extent allowed by applicable law.
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices included with the Software.

We may release updates, patches, and new versions of the Software. Updates may be installed automatically and are covered by this EULA unless they are accompanied by their own licence.

The Software is licensed, not sold. Afrotierre and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all related intellectual property rights.

The Software may include open-source or third-party components governed by their own licence terms. Those terms apply to the relevant component and prevail over this EULA to the extent of any conflict.

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you breach any of its terms. On termination you must stop using the Software and delete all copies in your possession.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afrotierre is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.
