Shipping Policy

Shipping windows, carriers, costs, customs, and what to do if a parcel is delayed or lost.

1. Handling time

Most orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days. The exact handling time for each item is shown on the product page and at checkout. Made-to-order pieces may take longer; the seller will indicate that on the listing.

2. Shipping methods

Sellers choose from a range of tracked carriers depending on destination and item value. Available options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your address.

3. Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and depend on the destination, customs clearance, and local conditions. They are estimates only and are not guarantees.

4. Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes collected by the destination country. Where possible we collect these at checkout; otherwise the buyer is responsible for paying them on delivery.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can also track every order from your dashboard.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is more than 10 business days past its estimated delivery date, contact the seller through messaging. If you can't reach a resolution, open a case from the order page and we'll help mediate.

7. Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, take photos before unpacking further and contact the seller within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
