• Order information — shipping address, items purchased, payment confirmation tokens.
• Seller information — business name, payout details, identity and address verification documents.
• Usage information — device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, referrers, and approximate location.
• Communications — messages you send to other members, our support team, or post in reviews.

We use your information to operate the marketplace, process orders, verify sellers, prevent fraud, personalise your experience, send transactional and (with your consent) marketing emails, and comply with our legal obligations.

We share information with sellers and buyers as needed to complete an order, with service providers that help us run the platform (payments, shipping, email, analytics, hosting), and with authorities when required by law.

We never sell your personal information. You can opt out of analytics and marketing cookies from the cookie banner at any time.

Afrotierre operates globally. Your information may be processed in countries other than the one in which you live. Where required, we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal and tax obligations, and to resolve disputes. Verification documents are retained for the period required by anti-fraud and KYC obligations.
