These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and Afrotierre when you access or use the marketplace, whether as a visitor, buyer, or seller. By using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and 18 to sell. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Afrotierre is a marketplace that connects independent makers and brands with buyers worldwide. We facilitate transactions but are not the seller of items unless explicitly stated. The contract of sale is formed directly between the buyer and the seller.

Prices, taxes, shipping options, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. By placing an order you make a binding offer to buy at the displayed price. The seller may accept or decline based on stock and verification.

• Payments are processed by our payment partner; we never store full card details.
• Returns and refunds are governed by the Return Policy and any additional terms the seller publishes on their shop.
• Buyer protection is available when you pay through Afrotierre and use our messaging to communicate.

Sellers are bound by the Sellers Terms in addition to these Terms. Sellers are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and quality of their listings and for fulfilling orders within the published handling time.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content you grant Afrotierre a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and promote it in connection with the service. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or breaches our Acceptable Use Policy.

You agree not to misuse the marketplace, including by attempting to defraud other users, scraping the site, bypassing security controls, or off-platform contact intended to avoid fees or buyer protection. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, risk to buyers or sellers, or as required by law. You can close your account at any time from your dashboard.

The marketplace is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afrotierre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 100.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Afrotierre is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws say otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
